New update - what happened? EDITED

The previous version of Parallels worked like a charm. I updated it to this new one and it doesnt work any more. What happened?
***I would like to edit this review to reflect that after going back to my desktop at work, it turns out that it was offline. I came home and tried it again and it worked just like before. This is the only one that worked for my mac to pc remote in our institution. Jump, Microsoft RDP, Lock down didn’t****
